Letter of Intent

I have not yet signed a gas lease. I want to list my property with SIPOA for negotiation of a better GAS LEASE. I will wait to make my gas lease decision based upon information provided by the SIPOA negotiating committee, then determine what is in the best interest of my family.
This form is not a legally binding document. I have complete and total control over the existing mineral rights and privileges of my property. I may withdraw from this group at any time without notice.
